ABOUT

M/Darbnica is a vibrant jazz club based in Riga, featuring performances by leading local and international musicians every Wednesday to Saturday.

 

In 2022, they were honored with the 'Concert of the Year' award at the Latvian Grammy Awards. The following year, M/Darbnica earned a place in DownBeat Magazine's list of the world's jazz clubs.

 

Most recently, they released a vinyl album in collaboration with Jersika Records, titled “LIVE AT THE M/DARBNĪCA vol.1 | JAZZ IN RIGA | LATVIA 2022 / 2023”, showcasing live concert recordings captured on analog tapes. This compilation features original compositions by renowned Latvian jazz artists, alongside works from esteemed international colleagues.
