Evilena Protektore ir džeza dziedātāja no Latvijas, Latvijas Mūzikas akadēmijas džeza nodaļas maģistrantūras absolvente, kur tagad pasniedz džeza vokālu. Ir piedalījusies vairākos festivālos — «Pori Jazz» (Somija), «Limassol Jazz» (Kipra); konkursos: «Riga Jazz Stage» (Latvija), «Nomme Jazz» (Igaunija) un ir Grand Prix ieguvēja konkursā «Jazz Voices 2014» (Lietuva); kā arī tādos projektos kā «Jazz in Latvia» albuma ieraksts. 2016. gadā saņēma Nika Gotema (Nic Gotham) balvu par ieguldījumu Latvijas džeza mūzika un dzīvē.

DownBeat magazine called Avishai “a jazz visionary of global proportions” while Bass Player magazine declared him one of the 100 most influential bass players of the twentieth century.. Cohen's signature sound is a blend of Middle Eastern, eastern European, and African-American musical idioms.
Evilena Protektore is a jazz singer from Latvia, a graduate of the Latvian Academy of Music's jazz department, where she now teaches jazz vocals. She has participated in several festivals - Pori Jazz (Finland), Limassol Jazz (Cyprus); competitions - Riga Jazz Stage (Latvia), Nomme Jazz (Estonia) and Grand Prix winner of Jazz Voices 2014 (Lithuania); as well as in projects such as the Jazz in Latvia album recording. In 2016 she received the Nic Gotham Award for her contribution to jazz music and life in Latvia.
